Financial Aid
Please know that athletic financial aid can not be awarded for any period longer than one academic year. On a annual basis Kansas Athletics must notify a student-athlete no later than July 1 if their aid is going to be renewed or cancelled for the following academic year. Every year a student-athlete is eligible to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (more commonly known as the FAFSA). By completing the FAFSA a student-athlete could be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant or Special Assistance Fund. Questions regarding the FAFSA and the Special Assistance Fund can be directed to Casey Wright, Director of Athletic Financial Aid, at (785)864-7365. To find out more information about FAFSA visit their website at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
