KUStore Assistant Manager
June 24, 2009 Department: KUStore Position Title: KUStore Assistant Store Manger Starting Date: As soon as possible after application deadline Appointment: 30-40 hr. per week- 10 month appointment Salary: hourly position- $10/hour Duties: Assist with retail store management located in Allen Fieldhouse. Operate sales registers, handle customer service questions. Must be able to work all home events in Allen Fieldhouse and Memorial Stadium. Qualifications: Required: 1 - 2 years of experience in merchandising, and/or storeroom management; able to work long hours including weekends and holidays; computer literate; possess strong presentation, organizational and overall communication skills. Must be able to work through all sport seasons. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, public relations or related field Sports merchandising background or comparable field; experience with game-day or event production.
