Aug. 15, 2007 Department: Administration Position Title: Administrative Assistant Starting Date: August 31, 2007 Appointment: Full time Duties: Responsible for administrative support to selected Associate Athletics Directors, greeting guests, answering the telephone, e-mail and correspondence, maintaining accurate calendars for meetings and official appearances, making travel, hotel and meal reservations. Responsible for specific projects including but not limited to post-season travel arrangements, donor and corporate fulfillment, and others as directed by the Associate Athletics Directors. Qualifications: Required: College degree; experience in an office setting, good communication and organizational skills and experience successfully dealing with the public; basic office equipment and computer word processing skills; and ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work independently. Preferred: Previous administrative work experience in a collegiate athletics environment.
