LAWRENCE, Kan. - Four RV 6A two-seater planes will fly over Memorial Stadium at the University of Kansas Saturday, minutes before the 11:30 a.m. football game featuring KU vs. Baylor.

The planes will fly over the stadium after the playing of the national anthem, discharging smoke while one of the planes peels off performing the missing man formation.  The missing man formation is an aerial salute honoring missing and fallen pilots.  The Federal Aviation Administration has approved the event.

 In conjunction with the flyover, Kansas Athletics provided discounted game tickets to military personnel at area bases.
