Ashley Byers

Position: Group Sales Coordinator

Ashley Byers joined Kansas Athletics in March, 2012.

As Group Sales Coordinator, Byers plans and implements group sales strategies for all KU ticketed sports. She is also responsible for the sale and coordination of Hospitality on the Hill, as well corporate and group events throughout the year.

Prior to Kansas, Byers worked in the business of the Wichita State athletic department 2006- 08. She was a fall game day intern for the Houston Texans in 2007 and worked for the Wichita Thunder as their Fan Relations and Marketing/Sales representative from 2008-11. Most recently, Byers was a Premium Sales Intern for ESPN's Wide World of Sports and the Walt Disney World Corporation from 2011-12 and worked primarily with Atlanta Braves Spring Training.

Byers graduated from Wichita State in 2010 with a Sport Management degree and later earned her Masters degree in Sports Management from Wichita State.

When she is not selling group tickets, Byers enjoys watching sports, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
