Diane Douglas

Diane Douglas started at Kansas Athletics in August, 2001 and serves as the human resources assistant. Her main responsibilities are employee relations, new employee orientation, payroll data entry and employee benefits enrollment. Douglas also serves as the department's PRS representative with the University Born in Topeka, Kan., Douglas attended Mission Valley High School in Eskridge, Kan. where she was a cheerleader. She graduated from Kansas State University. Before coming to KU, Douglas spent 19 years as the human resources director at the Douglas County Bank. Douglas and her husband Mike "Swede" Douglas, have two boys, Walker and Cole. She is a member of SHRM. |
