Nancy Hettwer

Nancy Hettwer started at Kansas Athletics in January, 1986 and serves as an administrative assistant. Her main responsibility is working directly with Paul Buskirk, associate athletic airector. Hettwer was born in Moorhead, Minn. where she attended Moorhead High School and was a member of the trampoline team. She spent two years at Moorhead State before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She later returned to school and graduated from KU in 1997. Before coming to KU, Hettwer spent seven years working for USD 497 and four years at Garden City Community College. Prior to joining student-athlete support services, Hettwer spent one and one-half years in the business office, three years in the Williams Fund and one year in the ticket office. Hettwer has four grown daughters and enjoys athletics, reading and scrapbooking. |
