Melissa Plambeck

Melissa Plambeck joined the Kansas football staff in February of 2010. She is currently responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Plambeck started at the football office as an administrative assistant for the defensive coaches. She came to Kansas after working as a CSR at McKesson in Scottsdale, Ariz. She was also a senior office specialist in the Sun Devil Club at Arizona State from 2006-09. Prior to that, she worked in a variety of capacities in Nebraska Athletics from 1995-2006. She spent time in the human resources department, baseball and football offices and as an administrative assistant for wrestling, golf and tennis. Plambeck was born in Grand Island, Neb., and attended Hastings (Neb.) High School where she participated in volleyball and swimming. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. |
