Frank Reeb

Position: Director - Human Resources

Frank Reeb joined the Kansas Athletic Department in July 2009 as the Director of Human Resources. In addition to providing overall strategic HR leadership to Kansas Athletics, he is responsible for Kansas Athletics Mail Services and the Customer Services Front Desk.

Reeb came to KU from the City of Lawrence where he was the Director of Administrative Services/City Clerk from 2001 through June 2009. Prior to his employment with the City of Lawrence, he held various positions with Johnson County Government in Olathe and was a staff attorney with the Kansas Department of Revenue in Topeka.

Reeb is a native of Topeka, Kan. and received his bachelor's and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Kansas. He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron better known as the "Hurricane Hunters."

He is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management. His community involvement includes various parent-teacher committees at Langston Hughes Elementary School; serving as youth sports coach in basketball, softball and soccer and has chaired the City Government United Way campaign.

Frank and his wife Rachel reside in Lawrence with their three children Savannah, Macie, and Myles.
