Former Kansas Soccer midfielder Rylan Childers and defender Kaela Hansen have signed contracts with clubs in Europe. Childers has signed an 18-month contract with Odense Boldklub Q in Denmark and Hansen signed a deal for the 2024 season with an option for 2025 with Kuopion Palloseura in Finland.

Emily Spreeman, formerly Emily Cressy, has been voted as the 2023 U.S. Soccer Female Deaf Player of the Year, the U.S. Soccer Federation announced on Wednesday. Spreeman, the inaugural winner of the award, was a forward for the Kansas Jayhawks from 2007-10.
