Kansas Jayhawks Athletics Marketing
The Kansas Jayhawks Athletics Marketing staff is responsible for the marketing and promotion of the entire University of Kansas Athletic department, which includes 18 varsity sports. The mission of the Athletic Marketing office is to increase attendance and support for all athletic events by providing an entertaining and traditional college atmosphere, while generating revenue opportunities and ticket sales.
Our Programs
The athletics marketing staff is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans for all sports, game day promotions including contests and giveaways, public address announcements, atmospheric elements at games, advertising, the Junior Jayhawks Kids Club, and printed promotional materials such as posters, schedule cards, season ticket brochures, etc.
Jayhawk Business Partners
An exclusive group of businesses throughout the state of Kansas and Kansas City area that support and promote Kansas Athletics. Partners receive unique benefits and opportunities.
Hospitality on the Hill
Pre-game tailgating packages on Campanile Hill overlooking Memorial Stadium. Packages include game tickets, catering, tent, chairs, and special visits from the Jayhawk mascots, cheerleaders, and KU pep band.
Fun Zone
Our interactive family area with free activities and prizes, courtesy of Scion, before home football games and women's basketball games. Scion sponsors the Future Jayhawks activity, in which kids can have their picture taken in various KU Athletic uniforms and e-mailed to them free of charge.
Jayhawk Birthday Program
A great, unique way to celebrate a Fall birthday for kids 13 and younger.

Internship opportunities
The Kansas Jayhawks Athletics Marketing department offers volunteer internships throughout the year; summer, fall and spring to qualified students.
