Kansas seniors Jake English and Reese Dutton each received Big 12 weekly honors, the conference office announced Monday. English was named the Big 12 Player of the Week and Dutton was selected as Big 12 Co-Newcomer of the Week.

The Kansas Jayhawks (22-11-1, 7-5 Big 12) head to Lincoln to take on Nebraska (20-13, 4-0 Big Ten) in a midweek game on Tuesday, April 2. First pitch is set for a 5 p.m. CT start.

The Kansas men’s golf team is set to participate in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, hosted at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course from April 1-2. 

Chandler Gibbens and Gabrielle Gibson had school record-breaking performances in their respective events to lead the charge for Kansas Track and Field at the Stanford Invitational and the LSU Battle on the Bayou.

Kansas Rowing had five boats advance to the final stages of the Sunshine State Invitational, which took place on March 29-30 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Florida.

Playing in one of the most competitive events of the spring season, the No. 41 Kansas women’s golf team finished 15th at the PING/ASU Invitational at Papago Golf Course in Phoenix. The Jayhawks carded a third-round 302 (+14) Saturday and posted a three-round score of 890 (+26).

Facing its second ranked opponent in three days, Kansas tennis fell to No. 22 Oklahoma, 7-0 at the Jayhawk Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

No. 24 Kansas fell to No. 1 Oklahoma 7-3 Saturday at Arrocha Ballpark. Jayhawk freshman Abby Carsley recorded her first home run of the season in the bottom of the sixth.

No. 1 Oklahoma scored 17 runs as the Sooners shutout No. 24 Kansas to clinch the series Friday night at Arrocha Ballpark.

The Kansas women's golf team climbed two spots on the leaderboard Friday after a second-round team score of 292 (+4), which put the Jayhawks in 13th place at +12 with 18 holes left to play at the PING/ASU Invitational.
