“We came back and played better in the second round but still left a lot of shots out there.” Kansas Coach Erin O’Neil said. “We did not play the back side well at all either round and had too many big numbers due to poor tee shots. This course is very much about placement and we need to do a better job tomorrow of putting ourselves in situations where we will walk away with bogey at worse. The greens roll very true and there are birdies to be made if we can get the putters hot. Mook (Kawinpakorn) did a great job of bouncing back in round two with an even par round.”

The second round will resume tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. as the other teams will finish and then the final round will be played after the conclusion of the second round. Live scoring for the event can be found at www.birdiefire.com.
