LAWRENCE, Kan. – Head coach David Beaty and the Kansas football team took advantage of the prime 85-degree weather Lawrence offered and completed day 11 with a two-and-a-half-hour scrimmage Saturday on the grass practice fields adjacent to Allen Fieldhouse.

The Jayhawks mixed in situational series, including a two-minute drill, and special teams work during the traditional full-contact scrimmage.

Kansas returns to the practice fields Monday for the final week of Fall Camp.

Practice Quick Hits:

Jeremiah Booker hauled in a three-yard touchdown pass from Montell Cozart.
Shakiem Barbel scored a TD on a 23-yard pass play from Ryan Willis.
Daylon Charlot grabbed a 10-yard touchdown pass from Keaton Perry and also added a 15-yard completion from Deondre Ford.
Taylor Martin pounded his way on a 20-yard touchdown run and also added another rush over 10 yards.
Chase Harrell and Montell Cozart connected twice for big plays, once on a 17-yard touchdown pass and a 14-yard completion to move the chains.
Khalil Herbert collected rushing gains of 33 and 28 yards, while adding a 34-yard touchdown run.
Austin Moses caught a 21-yard pass from Ryan Willis.
Emmanuel Moore took advantage of a tipped pass and scored from 15 yards out on a throw from Carter Stanley.
Deron Thompson had an 11-yard rush.
LaQuvionte Gonzalez and Montell Cozart connected on a 17-yard pass play.
Steven Sims Jr. scored from 37 yards out on an end-around rush attempt.
Quarterback sacks by Daniel Wise, Chevy Graham, Isaiah Bean and a pair by Kellen Ash.
Pass breakups by Isaiah Bean, Ian Peterson and Bryce Torneden.
Derrick Neal made a nice interception during two-minute drill.
Tackles for loss by Isaiah Bean, Mazin Aql, Fish Smithson and Dru Prox.
Maciah Long added a fumble recovery.
