LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas tennis players Tess Bernard-Feigenbaum, Janet Koch and Anastasia Rychagova now know the path they have to take to make it to the qualifying round of the Riviera ITA Women’s All-American Championship, as the pre-qualifying singles and doubles brackets were released Friday.

On the doubles side, Bernard-Feigenbaum and Rychagova will face Tina Bokhua and Macarena Oliveres from Texas A&M at 11 a.m., CT on the lower courts at the Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades, California. With a victory, the Jayhawk duo would need to win two additional matches on Sunday to advance to the qualifying round, which could include facing the No. 3 seeded team from Georgia of Caroline Brinson and Kennedy Shaffer.

Bernard-Feigenbaum is also a part of the singles pre-qualifying draw and will face Pepperdine’s Laura Gulbe at 2:15 p.m., CT on the upper courts. With a win, Bernard-Feigenbaum would face the winner of No. 1 seed Neda Koprcina of Texas and San Jose State’s Marie Klocker at 5:45 p.m., CT.

Koch will be on the singles courts at the same time as Bernard-Feigenbaum, as she opens against USC’s Zoe Katz. By advancing, Koch would face the winner of Old Dominion’s Natalia Vlasova and the No. 3 seeded Madison Harrison from Mississippi State.

The qualifying draw begins on October 4 and three Jayhawks already own automatic bids – Rychagova in singles and Koch and Nina Khmelnitckaia on the doubles side.
