Crisscross – KU students in Allen Fieldhouse’s south stands waved their extended arms back and forth in an attempt to distract an Oklahoma State free throw shooter during the Jayhawks’ game against the Cowboys on Saturday, January 14.

Form Work – Freshman javelin thrower Allie Twietmeyer used a pair of one kilogram balls to help her awareness of proper form for the release of the javelin during practice inside Anschutz Sports Pavilion on Friday, January 13.

Good Luck Touch – Two KU students touched the beak of Baby Jay for good luck ahead of a KU free throw during the basketball game against Oklahoma State inside Allen Fieldhouse on Saturday, January 14.

High-Stepping – KU junior Jaron Hartley led freshman Isaiah Cole and senior Adriana Newell through a series of steps over high hurdles inside Anschutz Sports Pavilion. The Jayhawks’ sprinters used the steps to stretch muscles before practice on Friday, January 13.

Serving Up Shirts – Junior Summer Collins and her tennis teammates tossed T-shirts to the fans inside Allen Fieldhouse during the KU game against Oklahoma State on Saturday, January 14. The team opens its home schedule on Friday, January 20, with a match against Saint Louis in the new Jayhawk Tennis Center at Rock Chalk Park.

Supertouch – A young fan bestowed his superpower with a touch of his fingers to the fingers of a KU women’s basketball player running onto the court for the game against Baylor on Superhero Day inside Allen Fieldhouse on Sunday, January 15.
