TEAMMATES – Former KU great Adrian Mitchell stood second from left with some of her teammates in the women’s basketball locker room atrium before the game against Kansas State on Sunday, January 28. Mitchell, the second-leading scorer in program history, was honored with a banner bearing her name and number being hung in the south end of Allen Fieldhouse on the day the 50th anniversary of KU women’s athletics was recognized.
