What does a Gridiron Club membership cost and what does it include?
You may choose a multi-year contract that suits your needs.

How are payments made?
The Gridiron Club concept benefits the entire university community. Therefore, payment is required 60 days following your commitment. Kansas Athletics does not provide financing.

Does my contribution count toward my Williams Educational Fund priority points?
For every account that purchases a Gridiron Club membership, the donor will receive additional signing points as indicated in the table below. These signing points will be one-time permanent signing points.

5-year term50 additional points
10-year term100 additional points
15-year term150 additional points
20-year term200 additional points
25-year term250 additional points
30-year term300 additional points

Will my seats stay the same from one season to the next?
Yes. Your seat location will remain the same throughout the length of your contract. If seats become available, upgraded seat locations will be offered to Gridiron Club members with 20, 25 or 30-year contracts based on their Williams Educational Fund priority point totals.

How is seating priority determined?
Seats will be assigned based on contract term and then priority points.

Can I pass on my Gridiron Club membership?
Yes, as well as the priority points associated with the membership if the transfer is to an immediate family member. Contact the Williams Educational Fund for more details.

Can I sell my Gridiron Club membership?
Yes. Memberships may be sold for the remaining term of your contract; however, if your membership is sold to anyone other than an immediate family member, the accumulated priority points associated with the membership will not be transferred. Contact the Williams Educational Fund at 785.864.3946 for more details.

Can I bring guests into the Club?
No, guest passes will not be issued or sold. If available, single-game tickets will be sold to Gridiron Club members.

What types of seats are being installed?
Seating in the club will be first-class, with high backs and extra-thick cushions.

What types of food and beverages will be available?
Your Gridiron Club membership will include premium game-day cuisine plus soft drinks, beer and wine.

When will the Gridiron Club be complete?
We anticipate the facility will be complete by the 2010 football season.

Will the Club be available for members' use on non-game days?
Pending the necessary University approval for outside events, the Club will be available for events hosted by KU in Memorial Stadium, such as KU Relays, KU Commencement, KU Spring Game and any other KU-hosted event.

Will extra parking permits be available?
Parking is determined each year by your Williams Educational Fund membership level and points.

Is there a down payment?
A $500 down payment per seat will be required.

When is the rest due?
60 days following your commitment.
