As a member of the Gridiron Club, I/we understand that we will purchase a membership for a preferred, VIP seating area in a climate-controlled setting with private club access and an upscale selection of cuisine and beverages. The Club membership will be available for a term of up to 30 years. Season football tickets for the term are included for each Gridiron Club membership.

I/We would like to commit to the following number of memberships/seats, subject to the execution of a seat license agreement with Kansas Athletics, Inc. A $500 per-seat non-refundable deposit (applied to the total financial commitment) is required to hold this commitment. Final payment balance is due sixty (60) days after the date of this Letter of Intent.
