Really came on the scene as he worked himself into the starting lineup the second half of his freshman season… Earned many postseason accolades following his freshman campaign and should contend for league and national honors as a sophomore… A versatile player who creates mismatches at the No. 4 spot… A crowd pleaser with his highlight dunks.

Freshman Season (2005-06)

McDonald[apos]s All-American, first team all-state and was named to the USA Junior National Select Team following his senior season… Averaged 14.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists his senior campaign at Homewood-Flossmoor High School… Homewood-Flossmoor handed eventual USA Today national champion Oak Hill (Va.)
