2013 (Jr.): Played in KU’s first two games of the year, before suffering a season-ending injury… Started vs. South Dakota and Rice at WLB… Tallied eight stops in two games, picking up four tackles vs. both South Dakota and Rice.

2011-12 (Fr.-So. at American River College): Earned two letters playing linebacker at American River College under head coach Jerry Haflich… Twice named Mid-Empire Valley First Team All-Conference… Had 114 tackles, 9.0 TFLs and 12 sacks during his two seasons at ARC… Started every game his freshman year at both fullback and linebacker.

High School: Earned all-conference honors while playing running back, fullback, linebacker and strong safety for Granger High School… Two-time Granger HS Defensive MVP… Earned all-state honors at linebacker as a senior.

Personal: Chose Kansas after receiving offers from Iowa State, Oregon State, Hawaii and Nevada… Son of Thelma and Samuelu Faifili… Plans to major in sociology.
