Lettered four times at Blue Springs High in Blue Springs, Mo. under coach Jim Brandner… As a freshman was All-State, Metro, Region, Conference, Area and District, KMBC Athlete of the week, ESPN Rise National Female Player of the Week, named to ESPN Rise[apos]s [quote]Nine to Watch[quote] list, Examiner Player of the Year, Team MVP, broke state records for single-season winning percentage, wins in a season and RBIs in a championship game… Eight no-hitters, three perfect games, 19 shutouts and was 30-0 as a freshman… Team finished 31-0 on the season… In her sophomore year she was All-State, Metro, Region, Conference, Area and District… Finished 18-4 on the season, threw a no-hitter and led the team to a 22-5 record… As a junior, was All-State, Metro, Region, Conference, Area and District… Team MVP for the second time and was 24-2 with three no-hitters to lead her team to a 26-2 record… As a senior she was All-State, Metro, Region, Conference, Area and District… She is the first athlete in school history to be All-State for four years… She set the Missouri record for career wins (93).
