2016, Junior season
Named Academic All-Big 12 Second Team… Made 54 starts in 55 games played… Batted .258 (53-for-209) with 23 RBIs and 21 runs scored off 12 doubles and two triples… Started his second-straight season opener at Little Rock (2/20)… Made #SCtop10 at No. 5 for a diving catch in center field against the Northern Colorado (2/22)… Tallied four hits and scored a run at the Big 12/Pac-12 Challenge (2/26-29)… Tied season-high three hits and posted two RBIs vs. BYU (3/3)… Drove in another two runs vs. Purdue (3/12)… Tied career-high two runs scored vs. Murray State (3/16)… Tied career-high six at bats at then-No. 16 Missouri State (4/6)… No. 3 on #SCtop10 with diving snag vs. Omaha (4/13)… Tied career-high two doubles against Wichita State (4/19)… Doubled in each game against Oklahoma (4/30-5/1)… Career-high three RBIs vs. Oklahoma (4/30).

2015, Sophomore season
2015 Spring Athletic Director’s and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made 43 starts and played in 50 games for the Jayhawks… Finished the season with a .293 batting average (48-164) and knocked in 23 RBIs with eight doubles and one stolen base… Went a career-best 4-for-4 with two runs scored and one RBI against Oregon State (2/22)… Hit his first career home run against Utah (3/8)… Featured on “SportsCenter” Top-10 plays (3/8)… Tied his career-high with two RBIs in back-to-back wins at Missouri State (3/24) and Texas Tech (3/27)… Plated a career-best 18 runs on the season.

2014, Freshman season
Made 11 starts and played in 30 games for the Jayhawks… Finished the season with a .275 batting average (14-for-51) and knocked in six RBIs with two doubles and two stolen bases… Went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a double against Northwestern (2/21)… Recorded a then-career-high three hits against Kentucky in the NCAA Tournament (5/30)… Set a career-high two RBIs against Northwestern (2/21) and matched that total again against Wichita State (4/1)… Scored a career-best two runs against Houston Baptist (3/1).

Vista Murrieta HS
Four-year letterwinner for Matt Mosiello and the Broncos… Named second-team all league and to the league all-academic team his freshman year… Followed up with first-team all-league and all-county honors his sophomore year… Named to the second team All-CIF and the All-Valley team his junior year… Played in 110 games during his career for a .347 batting average… Compiled 119 hits and 69 RBIs in four years… His best season came in 2012 when he batted .411 with 37 hits, 17 RBIs, two doubles, a triple, a home run and a .555 slugging percentage… Swiped 36 bags in his career… On the bump, compiled a record of 7-7 in four seasons with a 2.25 ERA… Tossed 112 innings in 40 appearances, making 10 starts… Best year on the mound came his senior year (2013), when he tossed 45.1 innings, struck out 38 batters and allowed just six runs for a 0.93 ERA… During his career, held opponents to a .242 batting average and a .297 on-base percentage.
