Highland Community College (2013-14): Saw time at wide receiver in 20 games over two seasons for Ryan Held and Aaron Arnold at Highland County Community College… Totaled 35 catches for 383 yards and four touchdowns in 2013… Made 42 receptions for 325 yards and a score in 2014… In all, caught 77 passes for 708 yards and five touchdowns for the Scotties.
 
High School: A two-year standout for head coach Mike Zegunis at Blue Valley Northwest High School… An Honorable Mention All-State honoree and a First Team All-Eastern Kansas League selection following his senior campaign in 2012… Collected a Second Team All-EKL bid in 2011 for the Huskies… Participated in the 2013 Kansas Shrine Bowl where he helped his East team to a 22-19 victory on a 4th-and-4 20-yard touchdown reception… Maintained above a 3.5 grade point average throughout high school.
