Opened her senior campaign with a win in the weight throw at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/6) throwing 16.37m (53-8.5 ft.) … Went on to place third in the weight throw at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/18) with a throw of 16.84m (55-3 ft.) … Set a new personal best and becaome the No. 6 performer in KU history in the weight throw at the Jayhawk Classic (1/23-1/24), throwing 17.02m (55-10.25 ft.) … Placed 14th in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Big 12 Indoor Championship (2/28-2/29).

2019 OUTDOOR (Jr.)
Placed 10th at the Kansas Relays (4/17-4/20) in the shot put, throwing 12.38m (40-7.5 ft.).

2019 INDOOR (Jr.)
Opened the season with a third-place finish in the weight throw at the Bob Timmons Challenge (11/30) with a mark of 15.25 meters (50-0.5 ft.) and a sixth-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 12.15 meters (29-10.5 ft.) … Recorded a personal-best mark of 13.25 meters (43-5.75 ft.) in the shot put to finish third and posted a fourth place finish with a mark of 15.46 meters in the weight throw at the Jayhawk Classic (1/25-1/26) … Posted a personal-best mark of 13.32 meters (43-8.5 ft.) in the shot put at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/15) to finish fifth.

Placed sixth in the discus with a mark of 41.18 meters (135-1 ft.) and 10th in the shot put with a throw of 12.70 meters (41-8 ft.) at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (3/24) … Posted personal-best marks in the shot put and discus at the Oral Roberts Invitational (3/31), finishing third in the discus with a throw of 45.41 meters (149-0 ft.) and fifth in the shot with a mark of 12.97 meters (42-6.75 ft.) … Posted a career-best mark of 43.58 meters (142-11 ft.) in the hammer throw at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6-7) and finished second in the open discus with a throw of 44.10 meters (144-8 ft.).

Opened the season with a second-place finish in the shot put (12.04m; 39-6 ft.) and third in the weight throw (14.05m; 46-1.25 ft.) at the season-opening Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) … Recorded a personal-best mark in the weight throw at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13) to finish fourth … Won the weight throw at the Jayhawk Classic (1/25-26) with a mark of 15.87 meters (51-1 ft.) and finished third in the shot put with a throw of 12.10 meters (39-8.5 ft.).

Competed in the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) where she placed third in the weight throw with a distance of 13.82 meters (45-4.25 ft.) and second place in the shot put with a season-best mark of 13.12 meters (43.05 ft.) …  Won the shot put at the Jayhawk Classic (1/26-27) with a distance of 12.81 meters (42.05 ft.) and placed third in the weight throw with a mark of 13.95 meters (45-9.25 ft.) … Finished fifth at the Bill Easton Classic (1/6) in the shot put with a mark of 12.55 meters (41-2.25 ft.).
