Get your game day started in your very own hospitality tailgate tent. Beautiful Campanile Hill is the perfect spot to gather with family, friends, and colleagues before kickoff. Tent packages include a private tent, tables, and chairs. Packages can be customized for any group and can also include group tickets and catering. 2010 Tent Packages:
Tent packages include a private tent on the hill, tables, chairs, and choice of catering. Group tickets can also be added to your order (See Group Ticket Pricing and Information). Orders can also be customized, so if you have less than 25 or more than 150 people, please call 785-864-6189 and we would be happy to customize your order accordingly.

Catering:
The Kansas Union and KU Catering is the exclusive caterer for all Hospitality on the Hill tailgate tents. Several buffet options are available for $15/person.
Contracting with another catering service is not permitted. However, fans are allowed to bring their own grill and tailgate supplies for a cookout with their guests.

Payment:
To reserve your spot on the hill, 50% (non-refundable) of your tent and catering order is due at the time of your reservation. The remaining charges will be due the Wednesday prior to your game.
Fans must purchase their group ticket order separately. Tickets can be mailed prior to the game or delivered to your tent on gameday. Full-payment of your ticket order must be received within 10 days prior to the event before tickets are mailed or delivered.

FAQ:
What is the University alcohol policy?
- Alcohol may be consumed only during a three-hour period before kickoff and during halftime in the designated tailgating area.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages must end not later than 30 minutes following the opening kick-off and 15 minutes following the second half kick-off,
- Underage drinking, disorderly conduct or other unlawful conduct will not be tolerated.
- Individuals consuming alcoholic beverages at tailgates will be responsible for their conduct and that of their guests.
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages must be available at any location where alcoholic beverages are consumed.
- No kegs or other containers with a capacity greater than 1 gallon may be brought into your tent. Fans are strongly encouraged not to use or bring glass containers.
- Alcohol may not be brought into Memorial Stadium.
How can I find my tent on gameday?
On gameday, Kansas Athletics will label your tent with your group name (please provide group name on your order form). Additionally, the week of your game Kansas Athletics will email you a map of Campanile Hill marking the general location of your tent (please provide contact email on your order form).
When is food served?
KU Catering will open your buffet two hours before kickoff. Buffets close at kickoff. All buffets include soft drinks and side items.
When does my tent open and close?
Your tent will be available to your group for the entire gameday. Catering is served two hours prior to kickoff and alcohol is only permitted during a three-hour time period before kickoff and at halftime.
Kansas Athletics is not responsible for any personal items in your tent on gameday.
Do I have to order catering for my Hospitality Tent?
No. However, KU Catering is the exclusive caterer for all Hospitality on the Hill tents; partnering with another catering service is not permitted.
Fans can bring their own grill and tailgate supplies for a cookout with their guests.
What do I need to bring?
KU Catering provides paper plates, napkins, plasticware, and tablecloths. If guests choose to bring their own food they must also provide their own catering supplies.
When do I pay for my tent?
50% of your total is due at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance will be due by the Wednesday prior to gameday. Applicable sales tax will be added to the tent package and catering portion of your order.
What is sidewall?
To block wind or provide shade, you can order sidewall that will hang from your tent. Sidewall is available for $2/foot.
