KANSAS CITY, Kan. -

Big Jay and Baby Jay from The University of Kansas were at the Kansas Speedway Sunday, Sept. 28 for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Camping World RV 400 presented by Coleman. The mascots participated in pre-race festivities held in the Display Midway and Sprint FanWalk at the Kansas Speedway. 

Jimmie Johnson held off Carl Edwards on the final lap to win the Camping World RV 400 presented by Coleman.

Other Mascots that participated in the event included:

• Willie the Wildcat from Kansas State University
• Lil Red from The University of Nebraska
• Kangaroo Kasey from The University of Missouri-Kansas City
