Took ninth place at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/10) with a time of 27:17.93 to help Kansas win the team title... 2011 OUTDOOR Recorded personal bests in both the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter events...Ran his career-best 5,000 race at the Kansas Relays (4/21) to earn second place with a time of 14:40.73...Posted a career-best time of 8:48.03 at the Razorback Spring Invitational (4/2) finish in 14th place... Competed in the 10K at the Big 12 Championships (5/13) and finished 26th with a time of 31:35.42... Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
2011 INDOOR Recorded a personal-best time of 8:36.37 in the 3,000-meter event at the Big 12 Championships (2/26) to finish 28th... Took second place at both the Missouri Dual (1/14) and the Jayhawk Classic (1/28) with times of 8:41.20 and 8:42.52, respectively... Participated in the 5,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/12) and finished 25th with a time of 14:59.46.
2010 OUTDOOR At the Big 12 Championships (5/16), ran his career best in the 5,000 meters with a time 14:50.37... Finished seventh in the 3,000 meters in the Arkansas Spring Invitational (3/27), marking his best time of the season at 8:46.77. 2010 INDOOR Ran a season best 8:45.80 in the 3,000 meters in route to a 43rd-place finish in the Big 12 Championships (2/27)... Had his highest 3,000-meter finish of the season in the Jayhawk Classic (1/29), running a time of 8:50.70, finishing second... His personal best at the 5,000 meters came in the Husker Invitational (2/5), running in a time of 14:53.89 and finishing in third place.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY Was a member of the Jayhawks' travel squad for much of the season, competing in five of six meets... Posted a season-best 8K time of 25:47.60 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (10/30), where he finished sixth on the squad and 82nd overall in a field of 245 competitors...
