2004 Outdoor: Recorded three Invidual wins on the season ... Had his best throw of the season (59-9 1/2), with a win at the Kansas Relays ... Took first place at the Texas Relays in the shot put (59-2 1/4) ... Placed first in the discus (178-03) at the Hurricane Invitational ... Finished eighth in the shot put and 11th in the discus at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.
