2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete due to injury. 2009 OUTDOOR: Utilized redshirt season. 2009 INDOOR: Utilized redshirt season. 2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection...Finished in 24th place at the Bob Timmons Classic in a career-best 5K time of 21:16.20...Placed 27th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge with a 5K time of 21:56.33...Ran a personal-best 6K time of 24:18.10 at the ISU Pre-Nationals to finish 123rd in the Women's Open Race. 2008 OUTDOOR: Took first place in the 5,000 meters at the ESU Twilight with a personal-best time of 18:49.15...Placed 19th at the Missouri Relays with a season-best time of 10:48.12 in the 3,000 meters. 2008 INDOOR: Competed in the 3,000 meters four times...Ran a season-best time of 11:20.64 in the 3,000 meters at the Kansas Invitational. 2007 CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-Big 12 Second Team honors...Competed in three meets...Placed 43rd at the Bob Timmons Classic with a time of 25:36.32...Saved her best race for last at the NCAA Pre-Nationals by setting a personal-best time of 25:29. 2007 OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000-meter run in two events for the Jayhawks in her freshman year...Had a season best time of 19:35.65 when she finished in 22nd at the Kansas Relays. 2007 INDOOR: Ran in the mile, 1,000-meter run and the 3,000-meter run during her inaugural indoor season...Had a season-best finish in the 3,000 meters at the Husker Invitational, crossing the finish line in 10:33.48 ... Finished in 10th place with a time of 5:24.90 in the mile at the Jayhawk Invitational ... Also at the Jayhawk Invitational, she placed 11th in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3.14.95. 2006 CROSS COUNTRY: Utilized her redshirt season. HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 15th at the 2005 Kansas 5A State Cross Country Championships...Highly decorated cross country athlete with the following accolades: three-time all-conference, four-time all-region, three-time all-state, two-time Academic all-state, four-time Most Valuable Runner at Hays High School, two-time conference runner-up, school record holder in the 4K (16:18).
