2009 OUTDOOR: Utilized redshirt season. 2009 INDOOR: Threw the shot put in two meets, with her best mark coming at the KU vs. MU Duel (Jan. 16), where she threw 11.83 meters (38-09.75 ft.) to finish eighth. 2008 OUTDOOR: Finished second in the javelin at the Missouri Relays with a throw of 42.74 meters (140-03 ft.)...Placed third at the Sooner Invitational with a javelin throw of 40.53 meters (133-00 ft.)...Posted a seventh-place finish in the javelin at the Arkansas Twilight with a throw of 39.19 meters (128-07 ft.)...Finished in seventh place at the Georgia Invitational with a javelin throw of 36.98 meters (121-04 ft.). PERSONAL: Daughter of Joy and Vito Giarraputo...Majoring in biblical studies. |
