2010 OUTDOOR: Set a personal best in the shot put at the Twilight Invitational (May 1) with a throw of 9.27m (29-10.25ft.)... Competed in the heptathlon at the Kansas Relays (April 15), finishing in 14th with a score of 3321. 2010 INDOOR: Set a PR in the shot put at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 29) with a throw of 9.02m (29-07.25ft.)... Best finish of the year was 15th at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 5) on a throw of 8.28m (27-02.00ft.). 2009 OUTDOOR: Utilized redshirt season. 2009 INDOOR: Won the triple jump at the KU vs. MU Dual (Jan. 16), with a season-best leap of 10.45 meters (34-03.50 ft.)...Took ninth in the triple jump at the adidas Classic (Jan. 31) after jumping 10.24 meters (33-07.25 ft.)...Recorded a season-best mark of 4.82 meters (15-09.75 ft.) in the long jump at the same meet. HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in track and three in cross country...Track team captain and team MVP as a senior...First team all-state as a senior in 2008 in the triple jump after placing third at the state championships...Second team all-state in the long jump as a senior with a sixth-place finish...All-state and league champion as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team her junior season of 2007...Achieved all-state honors as a freshman and sophomore in the 4x800-meter relay...Cross country state qualifier in 2004, 2005 and 2006...Was captain of the cross country team...Earned academic letter three years.
