2008 OUTDOOR: All-American in the shot put after placing eighth at the NCAA Championships with a final-round throw of 16.12 meters (52-10.75 ft.) ... Set a Kansas school record and personal best with a shot put of 16.52 meters (54-02.50 ft.) in the preliminaries of the NCAA Championships ... Earned all-region honors after placing fourth in the shot put at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, posting a throw of 15.86 meters (52-00.50 ft.) ... 2006 OUTDOOR: Earned a bronze medal at the 2006 USATF Junior Outdoor Championships in the shot put with a throw of 14.80 meters (48-06.25 ft.) ...
