2009 CROSS COUNTRY: One of only seven Jayhawks to compete in all six meets...Ran an impressive 8K time of 25:28.40 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3) to finish 63rd...Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:06.10 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational, where he finished third on the KU squad and 94th overall...Ran the 10K course at the Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 14) in 33:07.90...Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2009 OUTDOOR: Competed in five different events for KU...Finished 10th in the 3,000 meters at the Jim Click Shootout (Apr. 4)...Ran the 800 meters in 1:59.03 and the 1,500 meters in 3:59.52 at the John Jacobs Invitational (Apr. 11), finishing in ninth and 10th place, respectively...Ran a season-best 5,000 meter time of 15:02.29 at the Kansas Relays (April 16)...Finished 16th in the 10,000 meters and 19th in the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships (March 15-17).
