Took part in five of the Jayhawks' six meets on the year, finishing among KU's top four in each... Was the No. 1 Kansas finisher for the first time at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12), placing 74^th overall with an 8K time of 24:08... Claimed a 25^th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/27) and was the third Jayhawk scorer with his 8K time of 24:40.5... Was the runner-up in the season-opening Bob Timmons Classic (9/1), completing the 6K course in 19:49.3... Notched a 40^th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with his 10K time of 31:16.43.

2012 OUTDOOR
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the U.S. Junior Championships (6/17) where he advanced to finals and placed eighth with his time of 3:51.60... Competed in the 1,500 meters at the Big 12 Championships (5/12), finishing 20^th with a time of 3:52.63... Top 1,500-meter time of the season came at the Payton Jordan Invitational (4/29), crossing the finish line in 3:49.20 to place sixth... Set a personal best 1:56.62 in the 800 meters at the Stanford Invitational (4/7) which gave him a 56^th-place finish.

2012 INDOOR
Ran the 800 meters at the New Balance Invitational (2/4) completing the four laps in 1:54.22 to finish ninth... Claimed a 15^th-place finish in the 1,000 meters at his first Big 12 Championships (2/24), crossing the finish line in 2:27.81... Season's best 1,000 meter time came at the Jayhawk Classic (1/27) where he clocked in with a time of 2:27.03 and placed third... Made his collegiate track debut in the 3,000 meters at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7), crossing the finish line in 8:25.01 to finish third.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in four of the Jayhawks' seven meets, finishing in the team's top five twice... Was KU's fifth finisher at the Big 12 Championships (10/29), placing 49^th with a season-best 8K time of 25:09.2... Placed 59^th overall at the Midwest Regionals (11/12), completing the 10K in 32:50.10... Competed in the Roy Griak Invitational (11/24), placing 85^th with an 8K time of 25:29.70.

HIGH SCHOOL
Took three titles (3,200m, 1,600m, 800m) at the 2011 Kansas 6A State Track and Field Meet... Notched a fifth-place finish at the 2010 6A state cross country meet... Earned all-state cross country honors his junior year (2009)... Holds three school records: 3,200m (9:24), 800m (1:53.1) and 5K cross country (15:46)...
