Earned a spot on his first Big 12 Championships (10/27) team where he came in as KU's ninth finisher with his 52^nd-place finish and 8K time of 25:48.9... Claimed a spot as Kansas' fifth finisher at the season's opening meet, the Bob Timmons Classic (9/1), crossing the finish in a 6K time of 20:10.1 to place sixth overall... Was KU's first finisher in the B-Race of the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12) with his 28^th-place finish and 8K time of 25:01... Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2012 OUTDOOR
Set a personal best in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Emporia State Relays (4/7) in which he finished second, crossing the finish line in 9:31.00... Earned another silver medal in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Bill Williams/Bob Laptad Invitational (4/27) after clocking in at 9:40.67... Finished fifth after traversing the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Kansas Relays (4/19) in 9:39.19... Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

Set a personal best in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic (1/27) where he finished in sixth with a time of 4:21.09... Placed fourth in the mile at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) where he crossed the finish line in 4:31.43.

Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (2/26), placing 35^th with a personal-best time of 8:42.56... Took seventh in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:42.90 at the Jayhawk Classic (1/28)... Ran a 8:45.93 3,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/11), finishing eighth.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in three meets for the Jayhawks during his sophomore campaign... Top finish came at Bob Timmons Classic (9/4), running a 6K time of 19:38.20 and finishing eighth... Season's best 8K time came in the open race at ISU Pre-Nationals (10/16), crossing the finish line in 27:00 and finishing 87^th... Placed 18^th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/11) and ran an 8K time of 27:24.47.
