2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Had a very strong senior season, as she was among the Jayhawks' top five finishers in four of the six meets in which she competed...Ran a career-best 5K time of 18:54.40 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3)...Posted a career-best 6K time of 22:22 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational (Oct. 17), where she finished fourth on the team and 118th overall...Took 47th at the Big 12 Championships (Oct. 31) in a 6K time of 23:03.85...Was the Jayhawks' No. 3 finisher at the Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 14), posting a 6K time of 22:25 and placing 63rd overall. 2009 OUTDOOR: Won the 1,500 meters at the Kansas Relays (April 16) with a season-best time of 4:45.36...Also ran the 800, 3,000 and 5,000 meters. 2009 INDOOR: Competed in seven different meets for the Crimson and Blue...Shaved 23 seconds off her PR in the mile after clocking in at 5:04.72 at the ISU NCAA Qualifier (March 7)...Ran a season-best 1,000-meter time of 2:56.73 in the prelims of the Big 12 Championships (Feb. 27)...Also ran the 3,000 meters at the league meet, finishing in 10:15.43. 2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 93rd in the Women's Open Race at the ISU Pre-Nationals with a 6K time of 23:31.80...Placed 70th at the Big 12 Championships in a 6K time of 23:18.05...Missed first part of season due to injury. 2008 OUTDOOR: Placed 27th at the Missouri Relays in the 3,000 meters with a time of 11:20.23. 2008 INDOOR: Ran both the mile (5:27.38) and 1,000 meters (3:20.98) at the Jayhawk Classic...Ran a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 10:34.70 at the ISU Classic. 2007 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets...Placed 76th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (23:24)...Competed at the Big 12 Championships and placed 97th with a time of 24:35.10. 2007 OUTDOOR: Ran the 1,500 meters at the John Jacobs Invitational in a time of 4:56.83...At the Kansas Relays, finished the 1,500-meter race in a time of 4:53.43. 2007 INDOOR: Ran three races for Kansas...Had a season-best performance in the 3,000 meters at the ISU Classic with a time of 11:04.28...Ran a time of 19:40.05 at the Husker Invitational in the 5,000-meter run. 2006 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all but one race during her freshman campaign...Maintained great consistency throughout the season, staying between 22:45.20 and 23:58.30...Placed 16th in her first collegiate race, the Bob Timmons Classic (23:43.23)...Ran at the Roy Griak Invitational, placing 157th (23:58.30)...Logged a personal-best time of 22:45.20 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals...Placed 77th at the Big 12 Championships...Joined Lauren Bonds as the only two Jayhawk freshmen to compete at the NCAA Midwest Regionals and placed 77th. HIGH SCHOOL: Placed in the top 10 all four years at the Wisconsin Division I State Championships, finishing fifth as a senior, third as a junior, second as a sophomore and eighth as a freshman...Served as cross country team captain for two years.
