2012 OUTDOOR
Took bronze at the Big 12 Championships (5/11) in javelin where he threw to a mark of 65.86 meters (216-01 ft.)... Set a team and personal best at the Kansas Relays when he finished runner-up to former Olympian Scott Russell with his mark of 74.51 meters (244-05 ft.)... Finished second at the UTEP Invitational (4/14) with a throw of 67.58 meters (221-09 ft.)... Earned a spot in the NCAA West Regional (5/24) and finished 33^rd overall after his best throw flew to a distance of 59.06 meters (193-09 ft.).

2011 OUTDOOR
Earned First Tteam All-American honors with his fifth-place finish in the javelin at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/8), hitting a mark of 72.24m (237-0 ft.)... Moved to fourth in the all-time school record book with his throw of 73.60m (241-06 ft.) at the Kansas Relays (4/22), placing second... Took fourth in the javelin at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (5/13), hitting a mark of 67.14m (220-03 ft.)... Lone javelin victory of the season came at the Razorback Spring Invitational (4/2) with a throw of 67.83m (222-06 ft.)... Qualified for Nationals by way of a ninth-place finish at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/26) with a top throw of 69.36m (227-06 ft.).
