2010 OUTDOOR: Ran the team's fastest time of the season and set a personal best in the 800 meters at the Big 12 Championships (May 15)...Best time in the 400 meters was 47.82 and resulted in a fifth place finish at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (Mar. 27). 2010 INDOOR: Finished third or better in four of the six events in which he competed...Ran at the Big 12 Championships (Feb. 26) in the 600 yard dash, finishing tenth with the team's season best and a personal best time of 1:11.01...His season high in the 400 meters was 49.17 at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 12). 2009 OUTDOOR: Ran the 400 meters in three meets, earning his best time at the Big 12 Championships (May 16), where he finished in 47.71. 2009 INDOOR: Ran a season-best 600-yard time of 1:10.23 in the prelims of the Big 12 Championships (Feb. 27), went on to finish sixth in the finals to earn three points toward the KU team total... Member of the 4x400 meter relay team that posted the fourth-fastest time in school history at the ISU NCAA Qualifier (Mar. 7), clocking in at 3:13.36...Took third at the KU vs. MU Dual (Jan. 16) and fourth at the adidas Classic (Jan. 31) in the same event...Also ran the 400 meters and 500 meters, posting times of 48.10 and 1:05.85, respectively. 2008 OUTDOOR: Had seven top-10 finishes in the 10 times he competed...Ran a season-best time in the 200 meters at the Arkansas Twilight (21.57), finishing in sixth place...Placed sixth at the Sooner Invitational with a season-best 400 meter time of 47.75...Posted a fourth-place finish in the 400 meters at the Missouri Relays with a time of 48.40. 2008 INDOOR: Competed in the 400 meters six times...Set a season-best mark of 48.07 and placed 18th...Placed 13th at the Big 12 Championships (48.74).
