On his career as a Jayhawk: "I am glad to be a Jayhawk. I have a lot of favorite parts; the track, Memorial Stadium, I like school and I like my professors. Everything is great. I am so proud to be a Jayhawk. Even the (KU athletes) who didn't qualify (for the Championships) came out to support us. That's just something we Jayhawks love to do. I was happy. I even saw my name on a banner." Sprints Coach Elisha Brewer: On Nickesha Anderson's performance on Friday: "Nickesha did a great job today. She set two (personal records) today. She came up a little short, but it was definitely a great race." On Nickesha Anderson's indoor season: "She always seems to take her competition to another level. Each week she keeps getting better and better and better. I wasn't surprised by what she did today (Friday), not at all."
