Sondra Rauterkus leaped 5-8.75 to finish second in the high jump Saturday at the Big 12 Track & Field Championships.

Sheldon Battle's final throw of 63-10.5 was good for second in the men's shot put final.

Charisse Bacchus flew 21.5 feet to finish fourth in the women's long jump.

Shatoya Hill strained for extra distance and finished eighth in the long jump.

Brooklyn Hann qualified for Sunday's 100 meter hurdle final.

Julius Jiles qualified for both the 110 meter hurdles and 400 meter hurdles finals.

Jeremy Mims easily advanced to Sunday's 800 meter final.
