2006: Competed in five meets ... Finished fourth on the team and ninth overall at the KU/KSU Dual ... Ran an 8K personal record at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (25:59.1) ... Placed 196th at the Roy Griak Invitational (27:08.1).

2005: Won the Big 12 Championship for the second year in a row (23:45) ... Garnered all-conference and all-region honors ... Was the team's top finisher in four of the five races in which he competed ... Helped the team to a 12th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, the Jayhawks' best result at Nationals since 1989 ...
