2003: Ended the season with an 11th place finish at the Regional Championships with a 10k time of 31:28 ... Placed third at the Kansas State Invitational (20:27.00, 4k) ... Took seventh and recorded his best 8k time of 24:29 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree ... Named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team.
2002: Ran in five of six meets ... Had his best performance at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree where he was the first Kansas runner to finish and the 12th placewinner overall with an 8k time of 24:48 ... Finished the Midwest Regional 10k race in a time of 30:27.40 to place second among his teammates and 15th overall, earning all-region honors ... Competed at the Big 12 Championships and finished third for the Jayhawks and 43rd overall (25:19.30). 2001: Ran in every meet ... Suffered an injury during the regional race, but finished 101st with a time of 33:28.9 ... Placed 34th at the 8k Big 12 Championship meet with a time of 25:18 (fourth amongst his teammates) ... Was the second Jayhawk to finish at the 8k OSU Cowboy Jamboree, recording a time of 25:20 and placing 27th overall. High School: Was a four-year letterman in cross country and track ... An all-conference performer four times each in cross country and track ... Two-time 3200m champion at the Drake Relays ... Two-time 1600m state champion ...
