Jayhawks Equipped to Compete at Big 12 Cross Country Championships

Women's 6k to run at 10 a.m. Saturday, Men's 8k slated for 11 a.m.

FRESHMAN (2011)
Ran in four meets for the Jayhawks and was the only true freshman to compete in the conference and regional meet... Was KU's No. 5 finisher at the Big 12 Championships (10/29), completing the 6K in a season best 21:29.3... Was KU's top finisher in the B Race of the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/14) with a 6K time of 22:49.10... Ran a 23:01.08 6K at the Midwest Regionals (11/12) to finish 97^th.
