JUNIOR (2010)

The Jayhawks' No. 1 performer for the second-consecutive season, was the top Kansas finisher in all five meets he competed in... Was the first Kansas male to compete at the NCAA Championship meet (Nov. 22) since 2007, where he finished 233^rd with a 10K time 33:02.7... Only Jayhawk to break the 25:00 mark in an 8K meet, which he accomplished twice... Collected first collegiate win at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 11), crossing the finish line in an 8K time of 25:17.45... Top 8K time of the season came at the ISU Pre-National meet (Oct. 16) with a mark of 24:33.70, placing 47^th... Earned All-Big 12 honors with a 13^th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (Oct. 30), crossing the finish line in 24:40.04... With his finish at the Big 12 Championships, he became just the fifth Jayhawk in history to be Kansas' top finisher in three-straight conference meets... Earned an at-large spot at the NCAA Championship meet by way of a 10^th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 13), running a 10K time of 30:05.30, a career best... SOPHOMORE (2009)

Had a highly impressive sophomore season, as he was the Jayhawks' No. 1 finisher in all six meets and was one of only two KU athletes to run a sub-25:00 8K throughout the season... Was the runner up at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 12), crossing the finish line in 26:05.30... Ran a career-best 8K time of 24:38.10 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational (Oct. 17), where he finished 42^nd overall in a field of 236 runners... Took 35^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 14) with a career-best 10K time of 31:58.20.

FRESHMAN (2008)
Competed in all six meets as a true freshman, while leading the team in four of six races, including the final three meets of the season... Placed fifth in his debut at the Bob Timmons Classic in an 8K time of 25:56... Recorded a 19^th-place finish at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge with an 8K time of 28:07.80... Posted an 8K time of 25:48 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree to finish 43^rd... Ran a 25:21.10 at the ISU Pre-Nationals... Finished in 28^th place at the Big 12 Championships after running a personal-best 8K time of 25:17.63... Led the Jayhawks at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a 10K time of 32:09.80 to place 28th.
