Earned all-conference honors by placing fifth at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 24:51 ... Named all-region with his fifth place finish at the Midwest Regionals in a personal best 10K time of 30:11 ... Won the Bob Timmons Invitational with a time of 25:49 ... Placed first at the Kansas State vs. Kansas Duel with a winning 5K time of 15:07 ... Ran a personal best 8K time of 23:47 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (placed 25th) ... Finished as the team's top runner in every meet. 2006: Won the Big 12 Championship with a time of 24:34.1 ...
