Wasinger Concludes Jayhawk Cross Country Season With 2010 NCAA Cross Country Championships

Terre Haute, Ind. - Junior Donny Wasinger concluded the Jayhawk cross country season at the 2010 NCAA Cross Country Championships with time of 33:02.7, which earned him a 233rd place finish on Nov. 22, at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Ind. The top 20 finishers in the race are named All-American. Wasinger has been the top Kansas finisher in every race he has competed in this season, while earning All-Big 12 with a 13th-place finish at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships in October.
The Winona, Minn., native was the only Jayhawk to qualify for the 2010 NCAA Cross Country Championships.
