Honors and Awards: Summer 2008: Played for the Watertown Wizards of the New York City Baseball League. 2008 (Freshman): Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll ... Appeared in seven games off the bench ... Hit .200 with a run scored and two RBIs ... Collected a pinch hit single and an RBI as part of a four-run inning against North Dakota State (3/9) ... Collected an RBI as a pinch hitter against Chicago State (3/26). Sandra Day O'Connor HS: Lettered twice for head coach David Collenback ... A 2007 third team all-state and first team all-district selection ... Also named to the academic all-state team ... Led team to back-to-back Judson Tournament championships as well as consecutive trips to the bi-district finals ... Batted .421 with four home runs, 28 RBIs and eight stolen bases during his senior year ... Also went 5-4 with a 2.24 ERA in 59.1 innings on the mound ...
