LAWRENCE, Kan. - Junior Marcus Morris scored 27 points on 9-for-13 shooting, including 3-for-5 from three-point range, to lead No. 3 Kansas to a 92-65 victory over Sophomore Elijah Johnson had a career-high 15 points to go along with three assists and three rebounds in his second start of the season, while junior Markieff Morris contributed 15 points and seven rebounds in 21 minutes. Sophomore Thomas Robinson chipped in six points and six rebounds in 10 minutes in his first action after missing the past three games following surgery on a torn meniscus in his right knee. Senior Mario Little grabbed a career-high nine rebounds. Marshall Moses led Oklahoma State with 26 points on 8-for-11 shooting from the field and a 10-for-13 mark from the free throw line. After leading 52-28 at halftime, To start the game, Marcus and Markieff combined for Leading 24-19 with 11:49 left in the opening frame, KU broke the game open by holding the Cowboys scoreless for more than six minutes while rattling off 12 unanswered points to take a commanding 36-19 advantage with 5:36 remaining in the first half. Marcus Morris had seven of KU closed the half on a 7-0 run in the final two minutes to take a 52-28 margin into the intermission. Marcus Morris led the Jayhawks with 17 points at the break, while Moses had 16 points for the Cowboys. Little led KU with eight rebounds in 11 minutes of play in the first half.
