Originally founded as the Outland Club in 1949 by Dick, Skipper and Odd Williams, the Williams Education Fund (WEF) is the official fundraising department for Kansas Athletics.
2011 (RFr.): Played in three games ... Made career debut at Georgia Tech ... Returned a squib kick for 10 yards against Oklahoma.
2010 (Fr.): Redshirted his first year at Kansas.
High School: Named all-metro first-team linebacker in the St. Louis area as a senior... Was also an all-area first-team offensive and defensive selection on the Illinois side of the state line... Named all-conference first team on offense and defense... Earned all-city defensive player of the year honors as well as being tabbed to the all-city offensive and defensive teams... Registered 149 tackles and eight sacks as a senior... Played in only three games as a junior due to a broken leg... Recorded 24 tackles and three interceptions in those three contests... Was a three-year letterwinner at middle linebacker and offensive lineman... Also played basketball and was a pitcher and third baseman in baseball.
Personal: Born in Omaha, Neb... Son of Dale and Marguerite Fink... Father played football at Montana State... Has one brother, Dale, who is a quarterback at Sacred Heart University and one sister, Anna, who is on the equestrian team at William Woods University... Major is pre-engineering... Main hobby is music and he likes to play the guitar... Was the leader of his school's chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
